I stopped blogging...but then again...

I stopped blogging for a while because of some busy things and honestly, I could not find reason for blogging really. But now, just this moment, writing to you, I am thinking of why shan't I make it a another go and make my blog writing be another way around.

I have lots of thoughts around my mind and I just want to share it somehow. Everyday, every hour, every minute, I thought of everything that someone may think it is small while others could think of it as big though. It just puts me down under my knees. I thought of many things that are boring, but stop... I am not saying that I am not contented really in everything I am doing right now. But I just think of making some minimal changes... I thought about piano schooling last November. I love playing piano 'coz it always makes me think that I am good... but sadly, I don't have a piano at house and I don't have further education about Piano because of my time as well as financially. So, its just sad really.

Another thought that came up on my mind was this coming Christmas. Yes, Christmas is really coming, approaching. And I had save a lot of money on my piggybank. But then again, I thought of spending it on my other needs like I need a book or a calculator to calculate all that trigonometry and physics. It would be beneficial for me to buy those things but I thought about this coming Christmas. I want to give lots of gift to my parents, my family and even close friends. Just a little thing to say a big THANK YOU!!!

So now, I'll end up this entry with a question, I ask... "Can you give me a possible answer to an impossible question?"

Sem Break

Woah! Finally, the Final Exams for the First Semester (in our class) has ended and now, officially, is the start of our Sem Break.

I do remember, a year ago, way back high school, that I didn't have to take the Second Periodical because of a reason that I am going to have a vacation abroad. The plane ticket has been reserved and cannot make the date move. I told all of my teachers, weeks before leaving, that I am going abroad and they've just told me that I should take the Second Periodical Exam, once the school starts.

Aside from I've got one week advance semester break, what makes this one memorable, is that I didn't tell all my classmates about it. Those who heard it when I asked permission from my teachers knows about it. I told some of my close-mates about it. If I heard it right, my classmates, after I came back or on the first day of class for the Second Sem asked me where have I been? Had they got pasalubong? Sorry guys... but no. hahahah!

Shining Inheritance

After almost a month, no, not a month but it is just about 3 weeks, I guess, I have finished this drama, Shining Inheritance. I really like this one a lot because of the thrilling scenes every episode. I also like the scenes of the main cast. So, therefore, I recommend this one.

I like all the characters especially the stepmom. She is a villain who does not use physical harm but rather, she is just scheming and greed, as what is seen in the episode one. She is not totally heartless, as episodes go by. It was because of her greed, that made her almost heartless. Well, they are so pitiful especially Eun Sung and stepmom.

The music of this Korean drama were all fit to this one. I like all of them that I have made a playlist at Imeem. Whenever there is a thrilling/scheming scene, the music that likely hold your breath for a moment, wow! the scene is good.

I like this one!!!

NO SMOKING

I always complain about having a NO SMOKING sign inside a jeepney which was indeed a very effective way, I guess. It usually place in the top or middle of a jeep, just a wall between the driver and the commuters, where commuters could see this sign. The funny thing behind this is that drivers smoke even there is the signage behind their back. I saw one smoking this morning. I always notice this situation while riding on a jeep. Some drivers would smoke while they are manuevering the wheels. Maybe because of tension and smoking could ease stress. I do remember a friend of mine who asked me to bought a cigarette and chewing gum(mint flavor). He smoked in front of me. The good thing about this is that he explained to me why he smoked and that reason is the said reason I told.

If I take on the signage made, NO SMOKING, indeed smoking while you are a commuter is a no-no. The smoke you made could be inhale by other people and could affect many because jeepneys are usually compressed sitting. So I think signage of having this is a good thing. This one should not be remove really and this helped other alot. Anyway, while he smoke on a cigarette which he bought nearby, I could inhale this because of the distance between the driver and I. I will leave this one to your keen. Is this thing, right or wrong?

This week...

I was quite busy this week because of lots of activities at school as well as some personal things. First on the list of all was CAS Day. During this day, all students should make a display, likely a Science Fair. But this time, the materials were all recyclable. The top 5 winners for this Science Fare were given exemptions at Final Exams for Chemistry, both Lecture and Lab. Anyway, for our display, a classmate of ours had suggested that we should recycle Styrofoams by a means of dissolving it with acetone. By dissolving Styrofoam, it will create a new product which looks like a sealant. The said product indeed is like a sealant 'coz when we try to stick it in a hole of a roof tile and pour some water on the said area, there is no leak. The product could be serve, too like a material for molding or for figurines and it is potential for sticking it as a glue. On the display, well, students could go and see the displays. They roam around the lobby of the university. But I think this time, the displays are took out and the tarpaulins as well.

Second on the list is to make a bookmark with the words, ARAW NG LAHI, enscribe in it. The university would celebrate this after CAS Day and our professor asks all of us to make a bookmark with the said words in the bookmark. It was almost like this one is hard for me. I have to do some photoshop for the bookmark so that I can make a very good design. It took me about 2:30 in the morning to finish all of the three bookmarks that I made. The next day, since there is a defect on the color of my printer, I printed it on Netopia at SM. It costs about 60.00(it is 2-page). After a while, I made it to laminate at National Bookstore. After the professor checked the bookmark, she told us that we could give it to anyone.

Third on the list and one of a hard one was the Sabayang Pagbigkas. We, a majority, decides, one Wednesday morning to let go off this said activity for the sake of Chemistry. This activity is only for points while Chemistry is compulsory. But a few minutes later, the president of our class, decides that we should continue with this one 'coz there is no more a bottle of acetone for Chem and there is no stacks anymore at the store that we used to buy. We start the practice immediately in the afternoon and finish it merely 6 in the evening. We continue practicing the next day and in the morning. Later in the afternoon, the moment that we all waited and practicing for was here. We present our Speech Choir piece in a crowd(i think the crowd is only less than a hundred) at the university gym. Well, I find our speech to be good but on the latter end, some of us almost forgot the last stanza as well as the song, that used as a filler for 5 minutes. Yet I know that we pulled on and did best. On the announcement of winners, the third and the second place were both sections of nursing. And the first place goes to... us. A wind of happiness came upon us all when we learnt that we are the first place winner of the said choir. Some jumped while some runs to our class president. Some would hugs each others and handshake while some had uttered praises. All-in-all, it is happiness.

Lately....

Lately, I am studying Muscular System of the Frog for Zoology 11. I need to memorize lots of those muscle terms like mylohyoid and gastrocnemius. Aside from terms to be identified, I have to be careful in the spellings because it has always been a problem if I don't know the spelling and just read the word. The moving exam had just happen yesterday.

Lately, I am memorizing my own speech at Filipino with a theme "Wikang Filipino: Susi ng Pambansang Pagkakaisa". At first, I cannot make a speech really about the said theme because of some certain reasons like I cannot comprehend much about the theme. But later on, I finally comprehend the said theme and make a speech for the subject. After I memorize these all, I wait for my calling. And when the time of my calling has come, I recite the said speech in front of everyone.

Lately, the whole SM Parking Lot area has been crowded because of the Grand Fan's Day of Tayong Dalawa, ABS-CBN's No.1 Primetime teleserye and in the Philippine television. Wow! Lots of people really. There are some who are sitting in the V.I.P, some had brought a chair with them and some are just standing. It is overcrowding really that there are some are sweaty. There are some who are not comfortable because there are some who pushes them gets out from the crowd. Its too bad that I didn't watch the said fan's day because I might fall out of time from my piano study as well as it is overcrowded and the show started so late, that when I asked a person beside me, what is the time, it is already 4 rather than it should be start in 3. And also, every fan's day/mall tour etc. of stars from Manila, there is such thing called "pre-empt" program. Its so boring especially when you wait for the stars to come out and your outside the mall. Its so good that the weather of that day is only cloudy. Anyway, its okay...

100 days before Christmas

Today, September 15, is 100 days before Christmas. I could slowly feel cold air in the night and hear some Christmas songs in the radio. Well, we could expect that many homes would bring out Christmas lights, decorations and stuffs from their chest and display them. Just this morning...

Just this morning, I met again an old friend of mine in a jeep while going to school. She is an old friend of mine when I was in my 5th and 6th grade. I didn't expect that we would met again and I am very happy that we have met again. It has been 4 years that we last saw each other and I think that she is still the same person, humble and kind. Her looks are changed because she wears glasses to which I don't recognize her easily.

Just this morning, our NSTP class has gone having community service. We interview some of the residents of the said community so that we may know them and identify problems in the community. They are very accommodating and jamming. The community is very nice and clean. It is very fun indeed.

No Class

Every September 9, whole Cebu has no class because this day is celebrated to be the birth day of former President of the Republic of the Philippines Sergio Osmeña. He is born native Cebuano. So there is no class today in honor of him.

Slow Connect

The Internet is slow today that I can't open Youtube and Blogger or even I can't search some pictures over Google. As I make a speedtest on this, I found out that it is only about 1.5 mbps. Well, on the site of the speedtest, they offer rankings about fastest internet connect in the world, South Korea ranks number one with about 21 mbps followed by Japan. Interesting...

Drag me to Hell

Last night, I watched this one horror movie. It was directed by the director of Spiderman movies, Sam Raimi and stars Allison Rohman and Justin Long.

The plot is about a woman who had a good life who had a devoted boyfriend and a promotion in her work as a loan officer in a bank. But all things would change when she decides to evict an old woman in her house. The old woman cursed her. Soonafter, mysterious things happen and she gets injuries. She found out that a demon tormented her and she would be dragged to Hell in three days. And time is running out fast...

The movie is scary from the start even its title name and the way it was presented in black background with white font. The old woman who cursed her and haunts her is very scary. Sometimes her haunting is sometimes fun and excitement. She even had some gruesome moments with Christine (Allison Rohman) twice or thrice. But the most memorable one was on the old woman's house. There are some effects here in this movie that makes this one more scarier. The ending is much to be awaited for...

Koizora (Sky of Love)

If you want to see some teenage love stories, I would recommended this one because this one is touching. It is sad yet a very beautiful love story about two people. A while ago, I watched this one and you would want to see more of it. There are lots of best scenes around this one but lots of sad ones. Best ones could be the moments of Hiro and Mika; Hiro's way of protecting Mika and his reaction when Mika announced to him that she is pregnant. I just don't expect of it. Sad scenes could have been Hiro didn't protect Mika, it was after they were BFGF when they want to meet and have a date as well as the time when Mika lost her baby. Well, watch this one and you will love this...

Smiling Pasta

After almost 3 weeks, I have finished this 17-episode 2006 Taiwanese drama, Smiling Pasta. It stars Cyndi Wang as Cheng Xiao Shi and Nicholas Teo as He Qun.

Plot:

"Xiao Shi is a girl who has gone through many short relationships, 17 to be exact, not one lasting more than 3 months hence, she was cursed with a three-month curse. After being dumped by her 17th boyfriend, the world looks grimmer than ever. At that time, a famous idol, He Qun runs past, bumps into Xiao Shi, and they end up "kissing" on the street. Paparazzi swarmed by and to avoid a bad reputation, He Qun’s manager declared Xiao Shi as He Qun’s girlfriend of one year and fiancée. Thus, a love contract was made. This story is about how the couple learns to like each other after having disagreements in the beginning, as well as fighting the injustices the media throw at them. Will Xiao Shi finally break her 3 month curse?"

The title really is very apt to the show itself. Smiling Pasta. This one is very comedic yet romantic on the other side. They do have chemistry even their parents and some friends. Ika nga nila, "sobrang cheesy talaga." All of them are all funny especially Xiao Shi's family. Quarrel scenes are in a way comedic. This one also teaches everyone of family value as well. Media is the antagonist here in the love story of He Qun and Xiao Shi. Another one is He Qun's ex-girlfriend, Rita who had returned feelings for He Quen after breaking up with Ah Zhe. Well, her character is not that scheming like any other antagonist who wants to get the person they want. Well, rate: 4.7/5. Try this one!

No ID is no Entry

At the university gate, an hour ago, I was standing beside a guard with me. The guard stands while he was checking students if ever they have an identification card or in the shortest form of calling the object as ID. I lean unto the metal gate of the university. Waiting for something to happen 'til the signage of NO BLOWING OF HORN had tumble upon the mild wind of the North Reclamation, Mandaue City. It was windy indeed and I was left at the gate and can't go inside in because NO ID is NO ENTRY.

I realized that ID is indeed important. It is just a small size made of either plastic or paper with your name and any other important details were printed on it. Schools, Universities and Offices and lots to mention needed ID. You can't go to work or school if you don't have with you, your ID. You can't make transactions if you don't have any ID. There is a need of ID for everyone in a purpose of security. I thought, what if malls would require its customer's ID? funny.... or every store needs ID... why not? right?

So NO ID is NO ENTRY!!!

The Power of Directory

I was panic, this afternoon, when I remembered that I didn't bought a dissecting set for tomorrow's subject, Zoology. It is because we will expect tomorrow that there is dissection of the preserve frogs and we need to bring our own dissecting set and pan. When I come home and tell my mother about it, she advised me that I should go to a pharmacy. But she told me that I should call the pharmacy branch near and ask if ever there is dissecting set and pan in their store. So I used the Directory and ask the numbers for some stores. I call almost two stores near but said that they don't have it or out-of-stock. Luckily, I found one but they only have dissecting set. The operator refers another store near but when I call it, they don't have both. So I decided to buy only dissecting set.

Wow! I entitled this one as "THE POWER OF DIRECTORY" The directory, thanks to my mother, helped me though I don't have the dissecting pan. Well, that's okay. smile :) Hey, here is an advertisement about directory:

A New Day after the Intramurals

This is the first day of class after the Intramurals. It was a new day really, evidently when I am wearing the uniform especially the black pants. I didn't wear it for about one week and just wears jeans and T-shirts. Compressed commuters and heavy traffics aren't new to me at all. I usually meet them when going to school and going back home before Intramurals. During the Intramurals, I seldom meet them because in the morning, I could took the front seat or I am going to school at about 9 am. Indeed, back to business again.

There is no P.E. which is supposedly the first class. Maybe because the Intramurals had finished and take a break. On our second class, the teacher has take a leave and the substitute teacher didn't come in so there is no class. We decide to go to the canteen, eat lunch and do our homeworks for the next subject, Chemistry. After the Chemistry lecture, there is another Chemistry but this time it is Laboratory. We do some experiments and everything is about Water. After the experiments, we go to the usually place where we always go before we take home and separate away. It is the mall.

Truly, it's a new day. Intramurals is a good thing. We can watch games, go anywhere and hang out. We cheer for the teams we like. But we mostly cheer to our college department team...

Little Notebooks

I opened the what-so-called little notebooks of mine. They are colored red, neon green and violet. I always put them anywhere. It is too bad that I have thrown away the first notebook that I have. All I know in there that I also write many things there than those three notebooks of mine. That notebook was for one month starting off the time, one week before class.

On the red notebook, I put about my what-to-do things. But my only entry that I made was for the 4th of January this year. I've written here that I want to go to SM and buy a Korean dictionary. And I did it. The dictionary costs about Php 145.00. Its a pocket Korean dictionary and it has, inside it, travel and facts about Korea as well as some of their values. I have also written down here about what I want to watch and mentions that I want to watch some episodes of Beethoven Virus.

As I turned up another page in my little notebooks, I found pages of character role-playing. It was scheme by me and also the friend of mine. This is the first and the last time that we do this. We write those things, the characters of anime and beside it are the names of our classmates who we find very capable of playing those characters. The anime that we chose was Naruto. Naruto was very popular in our classroom. Our classmates likes the characters particularly Ichiha, Sasuke, Sakura, Orochimaru and most of all, Naruto. Anime lovers in our classroom has lots of anime pictures. They always collect them. Some they put it on their friendsters, making it their wallpapers or primary photos. Others are downloading anime tunes and videos. They are ultimately anime lovers really. Hey, they do know how to draw animes. How did I know? One time, I made a survey to them. They know how to draw animes and sometimes they compete with each other. They also like to go to Japan. We cast the lead, Naruto to a good guy, the cool classmate to Sasuke and the villain, Orichimaru, to the bad guy of our class. Because Naruto has lots of characters, we decided that we also add some of our teachers and other batchmates.

On the second notebook, the neon green one, I came upon a page to which it was written by me and a friend of mine. We write on those pages what is the meaning of Cebu and what is Love and Hope. It was kind of fun what is his meaning of Cebu. During that time, after we wrote the meaning of Cebu, I decide to ask our other classmates which has the best meaning for Cebu.

Lastly, on the violet notebook, I wrote a lot of some plans that I want to make. These plans are the projects that I want to finish so that it would not be time-wasting, I can do more and finish all of them. By the time that I will signed my clearance to the teachers, it would be easier and smooth sailing. There are also this projects that needs what-so-called "Group Effort" and since they put me as a leader, I list all of them. I judge their "performances" and their "contributions" to the projects.

Cyborg Girl (She)

I find the movie interesting. The plot tells about a man named Jiro who met a beautiful woman in his birthday in a department store. But just after, they separated ways. One year later on his birthday, Jiro met the woman again who introduces herself to be a cyborg and her purpose is to save him from being crippled on the day of his birthday when a man randomly shoots everyone and tries to burn the whole restaurant and also for the future to save him from earthquake in Tokyo. She was sent by the future Jiro. As the girl helps Jiro alot, Jiro slowly develops for her. What will happen then?

Again, the movie is quite interesting and worth watching. It is bit funny and romantic. It is light drama really. I can understand it well and it is not boring though. The sounds were fine.

The story starts with narration of the lead guy who remembered someone who celebrated his birthday with him. The ending, you have to see so that you will know. No Spoiling!!!

What a Thrilling Day!

Yesterday, it was the opening of our school's Intramurals. Just like many Intramurals that I have joined on my previous school, there are still parades, confetti, beautiful girls who are vying for the title Ms. Intrams 2009 and of course, cheer dance. Unlike cheerdances on my previous school, this is just a presentation. The song that we used was only Jai Ho. The steps were hard to be to learn but you may find it easy once you already master it.

Today, I awaked early because I want to go to school early since there is Track and Field game. Our P.E. teacher told us that we should attend Intramural games with her signature. It is a requirement in P.E. though. When I reached onto the school, I go immediately to an E-Load Shop and there bought an e-load for my cellphone. I call onto my friends and asks them where are they? Well, they are still at home and they are wondering why I am at school already. I answer simply to watch more games. After I talk to my friends, I go to the Track and Field game area to watch this. But later on, I went back to the canteen and eat. Afterwhich, go back to the game area and watch the game. Later, my friend came and I called her. We watched the game together. Soon, after the game finished, my other friends came and we go to canteen together and ate our lunch.

In the afternoons, we watched basketball game where our other calssmaates came. The gym of our school has two areas/wings. When we saw that the ones playing for volleyball on the opposite area were in College of Allied Medical Sciences, we decided to watch them and as always cheer them as to say we give our moral support.

It was fun really when we watch the volleyball game and thrilling one. At the first set of the game, our CAMS Volleyball team had won. On the second set, the teams changed courts but the team lost the set. On the third set, it is very intense really. At the first half of the set our team was always passed by the opponent with about 2-3 points aheaad. We always keep on shouting and cheering our team. We don't really have any cheering stuffs like banners or balloons. We just only shout. On the second half, there was again a change of court. The opposite team got almost a lead of 1 or 2. points. When the game starts, it was thrilling once again. Everyone shouts and give moral supports. Our team leads against the other team. And when our team reaches 24, everyone in our department were every excited and even make a one symbol. Intensity... and when the team make another one point, everyone in CAMS stood up and clapping. They were even shouting. Oh yeah..., what a thrilling day, is it?

A while ago, I watched this funny movie because I want to take a break from watching drama series from Korea and Taiwan. I find this movie to be funny and enjoyable. The lead guy is suit to this one. He tries everything to avoid fighting the thug in the rooftop after school. But then, he constantly fails because of circumstances. Unknowingly, he became popular in his class and earn respect from others even from bullies.

So please try to watch it and see!

Radical Change

I remember a friend of mine way back High School, who was teased by my classmates... And expectantly, he would not rather let them teases him or let them be without fighting them back. He is a person, full of himself. He is a classmate who is full of ideas yet some weren't not done. He is a friend whom you can rely on yet he thinks of himself that he is right and blames you on everything even in your life. He is much cooperative but when he was tease, his mood swings.

During our Prom, 2 years ago, he received a special award. Indeed, you are right, it is called "Radical Change" Radical Change? Radical Change? It is not that he is charming that night but he is differ during that night. He is silent and way far behind the person at school. So, he got an award. It is mysterious, I think.

If we take a look at the word, break it down and give a meaning, we have the words "RADICAL" and "CHANGE". Radical, in dictionary means Extreme while Change, in dictionary, has lots of meaning and one of which is to be altered or to undergo variation. So Radical Change means Extreme Altered or Extreme undergo of variation.

After the prom, my friend came back to what he is. He was back to what he is, aforementioned above. So to speak, the magic just works only in one night. Its Cinderella-ish. Co-incidentally the venue of the prom is Waterfront Hotel (a castle-like hotel in whole Cebu).

Anyway, my friend is just an example. For me, Change should not always be radical for one day but rather change should be long term and progressing and wholeheartedly. There is no need to rush yourself to change. Don't pressure yourself to change for it always takes time. Change just takes about days, weeks, months and even years depending how much the person is willing to change whether to good or bad. But first of all, we all need reason or with reasons to change. For without reasons, what is your purpose to change. It would be your inspiration to strive to change yourself.

In the case of my friend, he really tries to change. But often, he always gets tempted not to do it. Change with purpose and willingness needs as well as your own determination to change.If your determined enough to change, it will come soon. You will just be determined and patient to wait so that you could see the fruit of your own labor. It will be payed off.

Change does not need to be scheduled really. For example, you want to start changing yourself, tomorrow or in the New Year's Day. Why not start to change today? With just simple words and actions, you can do it. It is your stepping stone. Sometimes, scheduling yourself to change is you may either forget it or postpone it. That's what it is.

In the end, Change all-in-all is on the human characteristics. A person need to know thyself first and self-capacity to change. By knowing ourselves first closely, we could know what needs to be change in ourselves and try to know our capacity and limitations. In this way, we can make an everlasting change in ourselves and make it better day by day.

University Run

A while ago, I joined the fun run of my school, Cebu Doctors' University in 3K category. The fun was held at the North Reclamation, Mandaue City and its starting point was at the school gate itself. Lots of people came and joined the said fun run. Among them were couple Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz. They joined the students as well as some people running.

When the marathon started, the first people who run were those who engage in 10K, followed by 5K and lastly the 3K runners which most students participate in. There are people during the marathon who were running but all were walking, and even calling the marathon to be walk-a-thon.

Boys Over Flowers finale

Yesterday was the finale of a top-rating Koreanovela, Boys Over Flowers in ABS-CBN. The ending is simple yet happy as Jun Pyo proposes to Jan Di by the beach. Well, I have watched it last May and found it to be an interesting one. Probably, the best scenes could be "Jun Pyo saves Jan Di from the Shinhwa students", "the New Caledonia", "The pool scenes" and "Jun Pyo as Jan Di's neighbour."

I like all the characters even Jun Pyo's mom and Jae Kyung...

I hope that there will be Season 2 or whatsoever. What will happen to the F4? Is Jan Di and Jun Pyo have a child? Ji Hoo's new love? Is Gayle and Yi Jeong gonna be lovers? Woo Bin's more appearances as Mafia leader? Hmmm... well, i think there can't be season 2 since BOF came from mangas and it is finished...

Nobody

Lately, I have been listening a famous Korean song from a Korean girl band, Wondergirls. Wondergirls is a Korean girl band which debuted in 2007 with their song, Tell Me. Their new song and their first US Single debut, Nobody is an energetic and delightful song. Local radio sations in the Philippines aired the song as well as it is feature on some TV shows in the country. Teens sang this song and even do their dance moves at school parties. Firsts...

This is my first time to have a blog... and this is my first time to post something in my blog so I entitled my first post as "Firsts". I don't know yet about blogging but I think I would know about it as I would write and write things often here. I am newbie in blogging really. I had read a lot about blogging and some blogs as well. I find it to be interesting so this is it!!! I make my own BLOG!

This is a new first thing in me, to have a blog. And this is called "FIRSTS" to me.

Truly, all of us do have made firsts in our lives, intentionally and unintentionally. We intentionally do it because we know that it can make us happier and be proud for ourselves. Some called it an "Achievement". And there are somethings that we don't intentionally do it because of the situation you are in. But then again, its still a firsts.

There are maybe firsts in our lives that we could still remember while some, we forget it. Do you remember your first day in school? Do you remember the first trip you made? And do you remember your first kiss?

And indeed, there are persons. Your first accompany at school, the first person or first persons who are with you in a trip or the first person whom you kiss with. How about, the first person you met, your first friend, first crush and popularly first love.

First things depends on the person and firsts things are anywhere around us, waiting to be explore. And all we have to do is to explore these things and cherish them always and value them so that we could be happier and full of energy in days to come.
